Buyers may only apply for a refund in the following circumstances;
The items delivered were defective or damaged caused by the couriers
The product has not been received by the buyer.
Refund request has been submitted 24hours after the buyer received their purchased item.

Message us through any of our contact channels requesting for a refund. Proof of purchase and damage should be sent together with the request.
A confirmation is required to proceed with the refund.
Refund requests should be applied for only to the damaged item not on the package.
